TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the terms  you are making with Pink Moon Cruises

1. The booking of a cruise is confirmed upon payment of a 50 percent deposit.



2.  In the event of a cruise being cancelled  by the client, the deposit will not be returned but an alternative date may be made .



3. The balance of the cruise is to be paid  in cash upon boarding the boat, alternatively by cheque or BACS 10 days prior to cruise.



4. Pink Moon Cruises will make every effort  to meet any special requests the client may have, provided that they are communicated promptly in writing to the Company prior to the cruise.



5. Pink Moon Cruises shall charge for any loss or damage to the Companies property in the course of an event.



6. Pink Moon Cruises shall not be responsible for any circumstaances outside  its control that may result in the cancellation or curtailment of a cruise.



7. During a cruise, the boat Captain has absolute authority with regard to safety.  If in his opinion the behaviour of passengers is constituting a danger to the boat, passengers or crew, he shall immediatly terminate the cruise in which the full cruise  price will not be refunded.



8. In the event of cancellation of a cruise by Pink Moon Cruises, the deposit will be refunded and the client will have no further claim against the Company.

9. It is highly recommended that sensible footwear  be worn when onboard .  We would warn against stilletoes and high heels specifically from a safety point of view and the damage they can cause to the boat.
